How can I obtain Premium Residency?
Saudi Premium Residency is available through several pathways, including property ownership, investment, entrepreneurship and other eligibility routes set by the Saudi government. Pre-application eligibility guidance is available to help assess suitable pathways, alongside an application support service where legal professionals assist in preparing and strengthening submissions.

Yes, we have a long-term residence solution which allows you to secure a home whilst managing visa requirements independently. All compliant under Saudi regulations. Designed for stays of 12 months or more. Our team handles rental contracts, utility, bills and Wi-Fi agreements.
Do you sell residency (iqamas)?
No. Invest Haramain does not issue iqamas, however guidance can be provided on residency pathways, including Premium Residency options, business setup routes and other frameworks that support long-term presence in Saudi Arabia. Iqamas are issued through official Saudi government pathways and linked to specific eligibility criteria (e.g. employment). If exploring residency options, it’s worth taking extra care around unofficial arrangements and ensuring any pathway is transparent, compliant and legally recognised.
