With experience managing more than SAR 950M (£200M+) across residential and mixed-use real estate, we work with property developers, private owners and multi-asset landlords to manage residential, commercial and hospitality assets. For developers, we act as a long-term management partner, providing purchasers with a hands-free ownership experience and strengthening the overall offering to investors. We also oversee hotels, serviced accommodation, commercial units and long-term residences, managing tenant relationships, day-to-day operations and ongoing asset oversight on behalf of owners.
